Lori Olk joined Konami Gaming, Inc. as Regulatory Compliance Manager in 2011 and advanced to a senior leadership position within five years. In 2019, she was appointed Vice President of Regulatory Compliance, and later advanced to Senior Vice President, Regulatory Compliance & Chief Compliance Officer in 2024. Lori oversees all licensing and regulatory compliance matters for Konami and carries a key role in ensuring that business practices, policies, and transactions fully comply with governmental regulatory requirements for all jurisdictions where the company operates, and leads efforts toward effective resolution as necessary. Lori reports directly to Konami Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Thomas A. Jingoli. She has more than 25 years of experience in regulatory compliance and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Montana State University-Bozeman
