In 2001, Jeff George was hired by Konami Gaming, Inc. as Director of Software Engineering after the company acquired all shares of Paradigm Gaming Systems, Inc., where Jeff served as Vice President of Software Engineering. Since then, he has played a central role in the development of Konami’s award-winning SYNKROS® casino management system and pioneering best-of-breed technology for its casino customers. As Vice President of Customer Support, Jeff George is responsible for leading the system’s technical and support development teams to deliver a world-class customer support experience for SYNKROS casino customers, with availability 24 hours a day year-round. In addition to numerous continuing certification courses and educational training classes, Jeff George is a graduate of the Air University Masters Equivalent Program (USAF).
