Jay Bertsch leads commercial strategy for Konami Gaming, Inc. gaming, systems, and iGaming across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. As Senior Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, he oversees game sales, global SYNKROS® systems sales, iGaming, marketing, sales enablement, customer service, and gaming operations, driving alignment across all revenue-generating functions. As a member of the executive leadership team, Jay plays a central role in shaping and executing Konami’s growth strategy. His leadership focuses on strengthening customer partnerships, expanding market presence, and aligning product, technology, and commercial execution to deliver scalable results, with an emphasis on integrating emerging technologies and data-driven insights into commercial strategy. Since joining Konami in 2006, Jay has held multiple leadership roles spanning corporate development, global systems sales, and international operations, including a key assignment with Konami Australia Pty Ltd. His career progression reflects a consistent track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and advancing strategic initiatives across diverse markets. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University.
