David Schwartz joined Konami Gaming’s engineering team in 2006, and has since dedicated his expertise in design, development, and user experience to advancing the company’s award-winning SYNKROS® casino management system. He has brought his leadership to a wide variety of areas surrounding SYNKROS, including support engineering, customer service, technical services, software engineering, and more. Most recently, he was promoted to Vice President, UI/UX & Database Development in 2025. In this role, he works with stakeholders across the business to innovate and improve the technology, with a focus on the countless casino players and team members reached by Konami’s system. He oversees all SYNKROS projects and personnel in the areas of UI/UX and database development. David Schwartz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science at University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a minor in Management Information Systems.
